Just over a century ago, Patrick Inkers landed in the states, ready to chase the American Dream. The start of prohibition meant other plans. As a self-made bartender, Inkers wasn’t eager to ditch his craft. A little creativity and rebellion led him to moonshine and mixers, developing concoctions that quickly grew in popularity, earning our deviant hero the name, The Doctor. Becoming known far and wide, his stiff “medicines” were sought after at speakeasies across the country. Dr. Inkers was bringing drinkers together everywhere, cultivating a community one cocktail at a time. Today, we tip our hats to his spirit with every bottle of Dr.inkers’ Choice. After all, aren’t some rules meant to be broken?
